WHO IT'S FOR
One family or one close group of up to 9 — three queen beds means parents, grandparents and kids each get a real bed without booking three hotel rooms. There's one bathroom, so it suits a family or friends who travel together rather than three separate couples. Stays of 28+ nights are welcome. Pick Charming for the best family value in our portfolio; pick Updated 3BR downstairs for a second bathroom and a guaranteed parking spot; for 10 to 15 people, Updated or Penthouse in this building; for more, Grand Mansion — it's this entire building.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Bedroom 1: queen-over-queen bunk + twin trundle — sleeps 5
• Bedroom 2: queen bed + twin-over-twin bunk + full-size crib — sleeps 4 plus an infant
• Living room: seating and smart TV
Every bunk has a fixed ladder. Bedrooms have wall-mounted luggage stands instead of closets (the closet doors came off to make room for the desk nooks), so plan to live out of your bags.

WHERE YOU'LL BE
A quiet residential block of two- and three-family homes in Bayonne, NJ 07002 (Hudson County) — a small, family-oriented city on the peninsula between Jersey City and Staten Island, directly across the harbor from Manhattan. Broadway, Bayonne's main street, is a block away: restaurants (Italian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, Filipino, classic diners), cafés, bakeries and delis, with supermarkets and pharmacies along the same street. Bayonne's reported violent-crime and property-crime rates are below the U.S. national averages, and it has a reputation as one of the quieter, more family-oriented cities in Hudson County. Your door code is unique to your stay, and the building's main door locks itself behind you.
