Good value for mobey as the location is exceptional however owner needs to fix alotbof issues
Positive: Location
Negative: It seems that the property owner is new in this business as few of the essential things were not provided to us, further the washrooms are in bad conditions / leaked due to which we had alot of issues in managing the day to day affairs.
