abysmal
Positive: There ws no breakfast
Negative: It was around 95 degrees in the apartment and the air conditioners did not work. They tried to fix it twice with no success. It was not habitable and we had to go to a hotel. Worst place I have ever stayed!

Great location
This place was in a great location to get transportation to New York City. It was very clean and the owner responded quickly. The only thing is there is not a lot of room in the kitchen/living area. So if you are going with the big group it is very tight.
